5. No spamming (advertising, and multi-posting included)
6. Stay on topic.
7. No announcing/offering upgrades.

9. To have a title, you must earn it. NO BEGGING!
10. No cursing/cussing under any circumstances.
11. Members accounts will NOT be deleted under any circumstances, but may be deactivated under SOME circumstances.
